•In charge of the 27th Annual Labor Management Conference, hosted by the IUP Industrial and Labor Relations Graduate Department and attended by over 100 individuals, with responsibilities of event coordination, promotion and marketing, mass mailings, and securing speakers to encompass the diversity of union and management perspectives. •Managed the operation of the 5th Annual Indiana University of Pennsylvania Graduate Society for Human Resource Management Benefit Dinner and Dance. •Edited and updated the Pennsylvania Builder’s Association Policy Manual in joint collaboration with management and fellow graduate students.
