ThinkWorks, a recruiting-search firm founded by Sarah Bajc, one of Atlanta’s Female Entrepreneurs of the Year, with revenue of $5 million and 30 associates, focused on engineering, including nuclear, IT, technical marketing, general management and executive positions. Project Leader / Senior Search Consultant, leading five associates in conceptualizing, coordinating, and executing Search Consulting Projects for such clients as Duke Power, First National Bank/Wachovia, Mead Paper, Dell, Cisco Systems, Walt Disney Cruise Lines, BioRad Corporation, Rhone-Poulenc. Managed & trained team members and gave coaching sessions to improve their search abilities. Qualified candidates and presented them to clients. Wrote corporate technical recruitment section to Employee Handbook. Wrote bi-weekly reports to client firms advising them of status of each of their searches, Salary range of placements: $35,000 to $160,000.
