As TSA HR Staffing Specialist, I was a Behavioral Interviewer in Assessment Centers located in Atlanta, GA, Williamsburg, VA, Ft. Lauderdale FL and airports in Southeast US. Checked-in thousands of candidates for computerized testing. Conducted structured behavioral interviews employing SAR/SAO and role-playing techniques. Worked on average a 73-hour workweek. Ran the Ft. Lauderdale call center, the busiest/ most effective Assessment Center in the US.
