Reported to Managing Director and President/Owner Manager of Recruiting, recruiting Test Engineers, QA Specialists, and Software Engineers. Source of candidates: Employee referrals, ads in CareerBuilder and Monster, American Society for Quality and Craig's List; Internet data mining; Monster database; participating in career fairs... Contacted candidates for pre-screening, computerized testing, set up interviews with managers, checked references, negotiated offers, set start dates, assisted in relocations and on-boarding. Salary range of placements: $55,000 to $105,000.
