Provided desktop support and network administration for a small office branch in a Windows95 / Windows NT 4.0 and Banyan VINES environment. Work responsibilities were split between technical support and as a Materials Coordinator Assistant. This second role included working with vendors and production facilities to provide materials manufacturing plants across the northeast.
