Established publications group for start-up company developing web-based application server and Java-based decision support system. Introduced procedures for developing product documentation and interacting with other departments. Planned, designed, and developed product documentation set. Designed extensible, modular documentation framework that allowed additions and updates to be incorporated with minimal reworking of existing documentation.
