Responsibilities included supplying all office supplies for the entire Viacom/MTV Network complex. Provide customer service to all Viacom/MTV staff and top executives regarding any problems with delivery or damage to products during shipping or after delivery. Provide management with a daily activities log report. Maintain detailed records of all orders in a computer database and in a hard-copy filing system. Place special rush orders for last minute MTV production staff use. Troubleshoot for production staff end-users in order to help them achieve their goals at the MTV Networks.
