Daily Duties at Boeing:
Coordinated inventory of landing gear components for commercial airline clients. Defined shipping and distribution schedules. Collaborated with suppliers, assessing operating processes to optimize quality, productivity, and efficiency. Interfaced with clients and stakeholders to define customer needs and customize inventory management strategies accordingly. Drove profitability through process reengineering, cross-functional team leadership, and expert strategic planning.
