Practice Lead and Member of the Organization Change Management Leadership Team for Business Innovation Services. Instrumental in leading organization design, strategic alignment and change management engagements, directing the Change Management Community of Practice, building new business, training and mentoring staff, and defining new client offerings and delivery methods. Sample engagements during tenure with IBM included, among others, the following: • Managed Organization Domain, including both Change Management and Training Staff, for an SAP ERP implementation at the Naval Sea Systems Command in Norfolk, Virginia. • Guided development of the Navy Enterprise Maintenance Automated Information System (NEMAIS) Business Case and prepared strategic alignment documents that tied U.S. Navy strategic objectives to specific NEMAIS Project performance measurements. • Directed engagement for English communications firm that solicited requirements from U.S.-based stakeholders and developed an Action Plan to build a “solutioning workshop process” for developing Cable & Wireless products and services. • Selected Change Management Specialist to work with senior IBM executives in developing an action plan integrating sales and marketing activities across IBM lines of business. • Served as Americas Deployment Leader for the IGS Global Consulting Competency to deploy the Global Services Method, train practitioners in applying the Method on engagements and in proposal development, and perform “sense and respond” communications with field practitioners. • Acted as Organization Change Management Specialist on an internal IBM engagement to transform the Global Consulting Division and implement a new organization structure. • Led team of IBM and American Management System consultants in preparing Business Case Analysis for Retirement System Modernization Project, Office of Personnel Management. • Developed Change Management Plan to minimize risks associated with the implementation of an inventory and financial accounting system on behalf of Naval Inventory Control Point. • Carried out Material Financial Control System Business Case Analysis to determine pay-back period for recovering $60 million investment cost for Naval Supply Systems Command.
