• Directly facilitated the identification, acquisition, and entitlement of all new development projects in target markets ranging in value from $5 million to $150 million. • Sourced over 1,750,000 square feet of retail space, 500,000 square feet of Class “A” office space, and 2,000 multi-family residential units; both market rate and low-moderate income, with a significant emphasis on mixed use redevelopment. • Spearheaded the formulation of joint venture partnerships with national developers such as K. Hovnanian, Toll Brothers, and Beazer Homes in order to secure mixed use development and redevelopment initiatives including the highly sought after Pennsauken Mart Redevelopment. • Established and directed AST Realty, Inc. & Nobel Property Management to handle all AST and third party Asset Management functions including all Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Accounting, Property Management, Lease Administration, and Leasing. Results included effectuated leases of 128,000 square feet to Pathmark Supermarkets, 210,000 square feet of Class “A” office space to The UCIA, State of New Jersey, and Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, highly effective rental and disposition programs for 2,000 residential units, and the expeditious reconciliation of all distressed and nonperforming assets.
