• Managed the financial and operational performance of a 4 million square foot retail/mixed use portfolio with annual revenue of $70,000,000. • Directed all aspects of Portfolio Strategic Planning, Leasing, Development, Acquisition/Disposition, Property Management, Accounting, Financial Asset Management, Lease Administration, JV Management, and Legal. • Spearheaded value creation and ancillary income initiatives in excess of $10,000,000. • Exceeded Portfolio Income Goals through superior management of all Financial Asset Management budgeting, forecasting, and IRR analysis functions. • Captured over $4,000,000 through forensic examination of property operations and implementation of efficiency protocols. • Effectuated 500,000 square feet of leases to major retail tenants such as Buy Buy Baby, Circuit City, LA Fitness, Petsmart, Stop & Shop, and JP Morgan Chase. • Facilitated average re-leasing spreads of 25%, and maximized occupancy levels through aggressive absorption programs for persistent vacancies, early renewal and retention initiatives, and reconciliation of non-performing tenancies and assets. • Initiated 410,000 square feet of re-development and adaptive reuse initiatives. • Expanded Asset Acquisition criteria to include additional submarkets and non-retail properties resulting in increased market presence. • Identified and recovered over $1,000,000 due to the comprehensive review and revision of portfolio Lease Administration procedures. • Revised all lease negotiation protocols resulting in increased Landlord recovery and revenue opportunities. • Successfully mitigated numerous legal challenges including ADA compliance, rental delinquencies and defaults.
