Created and maintained system health reports using Service Center. Created and monitored service level agreements for multiple applications. Managed support resources. * Process coach for QA ‘Best Practices’ processes achieving SEI/CMM Level 2. Worked extensively with process management team to standardize processes. * Member of ATA (Air Transport Association) committee working with vendors, manufactures and airlines to determine industry document standards, ensuring that company interests were represented.
