* Instrumental in desktop to laptop remediation project, discovering applications running on over 2,000 laptops at headquarters using discovery software to identify applications. Determining requirements to create and implement standard company profiles. * Created and maintained databases in Documentum for electronic document system. Administered user account profiles and passwords, ensuring company-wide security. Converted various vendor formatted manuals into searchable PDF’s, enabling documents to be integrated into internal system. * Lead development of requirements, data models and all documentation through project life cycle. * Provided test scripts and coordinated testing and training as well as created operations support manual and training manual support guide for technical document routing system. * Worked closely with multiple customer areas, IT organizations as well as vendors identifying, prioritizing, documenting and tracking issues to completion. Trained business users to become empowered and update and develop their own custom reports.
