Daily Duties at Pliva Inc.:

Supervise and coordinate packaging operation in Pharmaceutical company and packaging materials to ensure smooth workflow to meet the packaging schedules on a day to day basis. Assign, coach and training to non-exempt team members. Ensured cGMP, OSHA Safety regulation, SOP and compliance to policy and procedure followed. Checking quality and check all steps as per SOP. Investigation for any quality and safety issues. Respond to customer complaints. Batch record review and all documents review. Trouble shooting problems on packaging lines. Prepared and Reviewed SOP and change control documents. Scheduling and tracking, Training in SOP, cGMP and maintaining all records. Filling up Notice of Investigation and Data Collection Form. Analyze and Interpret data. Interface with cross functional teams. Participated in Safety activities, Process improvements to improve quality and safety at lower cost and contributed new ideas. Monitor attendance, breaks and release time, schedule vacation through KRONOS. Performance appraisal of non-exempt team members.
