Daily Duties at Beverly Hilton:
Managed the hotel during Swing and Graveyard shift hours running all departments and problem solving as it related to any guest issues. Maintained all Rooms Reports for the day. Ran front office systems, worked with event planners for major Hollywood events (Golden Globe Awards, SAG Awards, Soap Opera Digest Awards)in helping them with operational issues at the property.
