Daily Duties at Imperial Palace:
Prospecting for customers in corporate, association and incentive markets. Managed wholesale accounts with major tour and travel companies in the US. Worked on revenue and inventory management on daily basis for the hotel. Developed a $1 million dollar marketing program that helped us break our budgets by 15% annually each year of my tenure. Responsible to represent hotel at conventions, with convention bureau, national meetings and other media opportunities. Sold catering and meeting space rental opportunities. Managed Adminstration. Created promotions for the property where I managed the operations, advertising budgets and promotional campaigns. Worked with Casino Marketing on Player Development using my promotions to drive new customers.
