Daily Duties at Usa Hosts / Nsn Hospitality:

Large meeting planning firm that was created through my business plan and purchased by Nation's largest Destination Management firm. Work with Planners on creation of new meetings and conventions. Selling of booth space, registrations, housing, contract negotiations, marketing, advertising concepts, public relations opportunities and budget development for client events. Managed team of 20 people working in various roles for our customers. Website development, new on line media creation development, broadcasting expertise, promotional item management, event operations to include all stage and convention production elements. Provided budgets and reports to Ownership and President of the company. Operated off a profit margin of 25% or higher for our activities. Worked with Convention and Visitors Authority helping them sell into Convention space on a contract basis. Creation of profitable meeting events which are still active today with a growth rate of 20% annually. Was the main seller of all of our products representing our company at National and International events. Worked with our other offices and businesses that were in our portfolio to provide operational and sales support. Worked on sponsorship programs for our Arena and Stadium side of our company portfolio.
