Placed orders, negotiated contracts, payment methods and production timelines with vendors to make sure that product will be of the best quality and to desired specifications. Interacted with nearly every aspect of the business -cross functional interaction, both internally (design, financial planning, allocation, marketing, logistics) and externally (factories, agents, mills, printers). Oversaw product from the design, through production and all the way to sales cycle, ensuring the highest quality and profitability for the brand. International exposure: daily communication and frequent travels to China (Ningbo, Guangzhou, Hong Kong) to supervise suppliers and create beneficial relationships. Working with product managers to develop market trend analysis. Maintained and organized style information records.
