Participated in the restructuring of work processing, developing new training for Nike’s agents for Nike.com; prepared daily/weekly/monthly quality analysis reports on team productivity. Career counseled, reviewed, trained, developed, coached, motivated, interviewed, hired agents for Nike.com. Provided assistance with procedure writing, work-flow analysis, proposal content, planning, contract issues, pricing, reviewing, research & analysis, consulting, and presentation. Developed mechanisms for monitoring projects, agents’ progress for intervention, quality assurance, quality monitoring, and problem solving, provided feedback to senior management. Utilized the organizations’ tools and resources to build training material for the Nike.com agents. I had quit because Boeing interviewed/hired me for the Employee Involvement Facilitator position in Everett, WA, and traveled to Washington to look for a new home to relocate. I had to pack my home in Mesa, AZ and make arrangements to begin my new career with Boeing in Everett, WA. I had taken this position temporarily, while closing my business, selling my house, and moving out of state for Boeing.
