Daily Duties at Radiology Corporation Of America:
I was responsible to draft and prepare contracts, amendments, business correspondence, business meeting materials and presentations. In addition I was responsible to schedule and maintain executive calendar, travel, and customer meetings. I was responsible to assist with ligitation matters by identifying, obtaining, reviewing, categoring, and preparing material for management and counsels. I was responsbile for the reissuance of company stock certificates and stock ledger. I prepared and monitored state filings within 19 states.
