Daily Duties at Boeing:

Use problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems. Responsible and accountable for the development and support of employee involvement teams tasked with improving the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the Everett Delivery Center. Facilitate work teams; provide necessary training, coaching and guidance. Work with management to define specific objectives for the success of those teams. Provide operational oversight and manage the ongoing delivery and implementation of innovative programs through various methodologies (classroom, online, mobile, self-directed, informal, emerging, etc.) Assess team maturity levels and provide feedback to support team growth as needed. Monitor training results including tracking information, costs, effectiveness and feedback. Oversee and direct all training staffing and activities. Support leadership development related to team-based skills and behaviors. Plan, organize, and direct worldwide technical and training programs resulting in highly successful and capable teams, and increased partner/management satisfaction. Plan, analyze, and report on program budget and cost values for multiple projects and customers, ensure proper program funding, generate and review invoices and prepare contract proposals. Present analysis to program managers and senior managers.
