• Provided Solutions to clients’ technical recruitment needs in line with relevant employment legislation and statutes. • Responsible for updating technical vacancy lists and efficient liaison with clients with regard to compilation of Job Descriptions and Person Specifications. • Coordinated clients’ recruitment needs and matching them with candidates’ skills and experience. • Responsible for sourcing and screening of high quality technical candidates. • Responsible for conducting telephone interviews. • Arranged interview meetings between clients and candidates. • Reference checked candidates, negotiated salary and finalized employment formalities. • Coordinated new hire orientation, benefit explanations and upholding employees’ morale and commitment. • Performed compensation negotiations. • Advised candidates on contractual related matters and resolved any contractual queries. • Maintained and developed professional business relationships with Technical Managers. • Responsible for managing and updating the company’s applicants’ database. • Developed company’s client base through sales techniques and client canvassing.
