Daily Duties at Bae System:
• Acted as the Lead Recruiter leading the recruiting initiatives for BAE Systems. • Managed and coordinated the recruitment of senior technical staff and executives for TMG, GIS and BAE. • Managed and coordinated the recruitment of qualified exempt and non-exempt staff. Responsible for interviewing, evaluating and extending employment commitments to applicants. • Conducted classification audits and prepared necessary job descriptions for exempt and non-exempt positions. • Provided generalized human resources assistance and guidance to senior and middle level managers. • Performed project-oriented tasks to support specialized functional areas of the company’s human resources program. • Consulted with management regarding interpretation and administration of human resources policies and procedures. • Provided human resources assistance to mid level and senior managers in identifying, evaluating and resolving staffing and HR issues. • Provided assistance in updating equal employment opportunity/affirmative action programs and monitor company goals and objectives. • Represented BAE in its support for NAACP career fairs, campus fairs and college recruiting programs. • Provided research data in preparing for EEOC responses and AAP audits. • Communicated company benefits plans to employees and management. • Audited evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications. • HR staff supervision.
