• Partnered with hiring managers and senior management to developed staffing strategies; develop and implement cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill. Provided consultation throughout the selection process to maximize fit and retention; developed and build hiring processes for a variety of levels from temporary staffing to executive placement. Developed, streamlined and enhanced staffing systems, tracking, reporting and analysis. • Developed creative approaches to the recruitment process to increase high-caliber candidate sourcing including referral generation, Internet sourcing, ad placement, direct sourcing/cold calling, and networking. • Worked with client senior management to forecast staffing requirements and developed strategies. • Consulted with clients to developed strategic relationships with other search resources and managed temporary and advertising agency relationships. • Consulted with client managers and senior management to develop and manage annual staffing expense forecast and budget. • Led internal and external sourcing and recruiting initiatives and process to leverage networking and employee referrals. • Set up the academic recruitment effort, managed university relations and oversee internship programs. • Managed relocation, immigration and other staffing administration related to these responsibilities. • Mentored and coached staffing team as well as other members of the organization. • Reviewed selection, testing and other related employment systems as needed for continuous updating, improvement and legal compliance. • Assured that Equal Employment Opportunity policies and regulations are properly administered. • Assured compliance with all state and federal employment regulations. • Developed and managed annual staffing expense forecast and budget. • Managed clients’ contracts and monitor compliance with temporary and hourly employee policies. • Formulated company’s operational policies and ensure compliance by key personnel and contractors. • Conducted Training Needs Analysis of Company’s key personnel and contractors and assure constant and efficient training and development.
