· Responsible to insure good housekeeping and maintains equipment and rooms in a clean Accurately document as required during all batch manufacturing process paying strict attention to processing step details and good documentation practice. · Responsible for employee performance evaluation. · To maintain the high standard of product quality. · and orderly manner in accordance with cGMP and FDA requirements. As a Production Supervisor my primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire assembly department to ensure maximum production up time. This position will require the supervisor to be on the production floor with the operators while the procedures are being followed. Hand-on involvement will also be required as needed. ·
