Daily Duties at Johnson Controls:

•Handling of calls from customers/contractors requesting accounts be deactivated for time for site testing, repairs, commissioning, etc •Setup of new Metasys and MSEA accounts for online monitoring •Setup of process and procedures for remote operations of a Central Utilities Complex. •Entering and completing Maximo work orders. •Technical support/backup for ASG Pegasys security systems •Team Leader for Retail Remote operations •Supervised daily operations of 15-20 people, including involvement with billing, mentoring and training of team members, and setup of computers. Handling of calls, comments, and complaints from customers. Dispatching of truck based services. •Assisted in consolidation of operations from Columbus, OH to Milwaukee, WI. •Writing of process and procedures including handling of security, call handling, billing, parts ordering and repairs, service ticketing generation. Also startup process for new accounts.
