Daily Duties at Broward County Schools:
Responsible for leading required instruction and testing for adult education classes in preparation for Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) certifications/requirements. Provide testing and assessments for students applying for entry in ABE and ESOL training. Conducted ongoing testing and assessments to determine student’s progress, areas needing improvement, and areas exceeding standards. Provide one-on-one tutoring and instruction to facilitate individual needs and improve overall student progress. Personally conducted one-on-one mentoring and counseling sessions to assist students in their progress and overcoming education challenges
