As CFO was responsible for all accounting and financial reporting (both Statutory and GAAP), treasury and cash management, budgeting and forecasting, Board relations, participated on the company's Executive Committee and managed the Accounting/Finance department. As COO was responsible for all company operations including Underwriting, Claims, Risk Management, Finance & Accounting, Office Administration, Human Resources and Information Technology. This consisted of three operating companies and one holding company.
