Create and support document databases, image bases, indexes and document production with Soft bate or Hard bates on Images. * Detailed knowledge of the processes of litigation, discovery, document production, document management, coding and scanning procedures and Blowback. * Ability to meet critical deadlines. * Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with users. *Experienced as a System Analyst with advance knowledge of electronic data discovery life cycle. *E-discovery technology & Litigation system support consulting experience supporting major law firms. *Expertise with various litigation support software like Concordance, Summation, Ringtail, i-PRO and I Connect. *Ability to lead and complete technically difficult e Discovery projects with huge data set. *Ability to identify and implement improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency and productivity by developing custom tools, complex scripts, and component modules. Concordance: create databases & load files, import/export data, run queries, train users, create production sets, and troubleshoot issues with image viewing & database structure. Opticon Load File: using Opticon load file quickly retrieve and view images side by side using concordance database and also find images by production, bates number. Summation: create databases & load files, import/export data, run OCR, run searches, create production sets, and troubleshoot issues with image viewing & database structure. IPRO: create databases & load files, import/export data, run OCR, run searches, and troubleshoot issues with image viewing & database structure. Scanning for Hard Paper and coding and convert to tiff and we have In house application for OCR to make .txt format For Tiff then deliver Tiff and.txt. Final Delivery in Hard drive, CD, DVD or FTP Blowback: Knowledge of blowback to convert single page to tiff with hard bates into paper production and use separator pages to identify the document break using in house application and convert to .pdf format and make searchable.
