• The work dealt with the manufacturing process of semi-synthetic penicillin named Lisinopryl Dihydrate • Performed Mass and Energy balances • Complex distillation systems including azeotropes are studied • Assisted in the detailed design of equipment of methanol unit: distillation column and heat exchangers • Involved in yield improvement activities, assisted in developing PFD’s and P&ID’s, technical information reports, and selecting the equipments as per the requirement • Experience in Computer System Validation (21 CFR PART11, Validation protocols, GxP, LIMS, and AERS) and Equipment Validation
