Daily Duties at Sprint/Nextel:

Led a post-merger (Sprint/Nextel) Shared Services team responsible for the enterprise-wide PeopleSoft ERP and ATLAS (Asset Tracking Logistics Automated Support Systems) systems test planning and execution activities. Supervised 82 staff resources (12 internal and 70 outsourced). Responsible for the overall strategy of optimizing the integration of PeopleSoft’s FIS, HCM, and SCM modules with an ATLAS (Asset Tracking and Logistics) package into one unified system. Analyzed and mitigated risk, supported release management, directed testing, negotiated vendor contracts (Oracle and IBM) and monitored / resolved deficiencies.
