Daily Duties at Sprint/Nextel:

Directed program operations in cooperation with IT executive management for transition of primary customer website to an Applied Technology Group COTS system. Devised and implemented a support paradigm integrating Sprint with strategic partners (IBM and Sapient) and ensuring adherence to budget objectives. Collaborated with vendors / partners on SOW issues, testing, and approval of requirements analyses. Oversaw multiple projects. Prepared and delivered executive progress reports. Attended executive steering and architectural/concept committee meetings.
