Daily Duties at Atlanta Housing Authority:

Conduct annual on-site management and occupancy reviews for properties under contract with AHA and the Georgia HAP Administrators, Inc. Prepare reports: Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR), HAP Vouchers, Exigent Health & Safety Reports (tenant complaints), meet deadlines/performance standards, follow-up on outstanding rules/regulatory issues, follow-up on REAC Inspections and coordinate actions with owners/agents as applicable. Provide training and technical assistance to the property staff on regulations related to HUD compliances.
