Oversee renovation at Section 8 community, 250 units; process applications; collect rents, recertifications, TRACS submission; processed evictions; audit tenant files; processed unit transfers during renovations; monitored all work orders; implemented a work plan for the maintenance staff and scheduled turnkey for vacant units. Supervised two Tax Credit communities, with over 350 units.
