Daily interaction with the vendors and contractors, Daily deposits of the carrying charges (rent), unit inspections before new purchase transaction, Residential retention, attend monthly Board meetings, assist Property Supervisor with annual budget preparation, End-of-Month reports, conduct employee quarterly evaluations, late, demand and dispossessory notices, court appearances for evictions and oversee maintenance department.
