Daily Duties at Miller Construction Inc.:
Duties included contract negotiations, preparing subcontracts, ordering necessary inspections. Ensuring all building codes are followed. Overseeing bi-weekly safety meetings and coorinate deliveries from multi-vendors. Updateing project schedules and distributing to the necessary trades. Monthly site inspections to ensure all trades were properly following installations guidlines. Other duties included preparing all monthly draw walks, checking each contractors monthly draws aganist percentages that were actually completed. Monthly reports to the owner that included the projects performance aganist the budget/forcast and project status.
