Daily Duties at Chartwell Inc.:
Extensive experience in contract prepration, including job cost buy-outs, prepareing subcontracts agreements, Generating RFI's and chang orders.Oversee weekly subcontractor meetings addressing all safety concerns, any scheduleing changes, deliverly schedules. Attend bi-weekly meeting with architect on design changes. Manage and record all production, reconcilling quantities installed and create and process invoices in accounts payable. Prepare cost analyses, review changes and ascertain that cost data is correct. Validate monthly revenues. Ensure job is completed on time and under budget. Generate all close-out documentration and distribute accordingly.
