Daily Duties at Target Stores:
Spearheaded daily operations and staff management for 4 separate locations of leading retail establishment, with annual sales volumes of $23-$38M. Oversaw multimillion-dollar budget; managed P&L functions and delivered optimal performance. Recruited and developed staff; directly managed 8-11 executives and up to 230 team members in each store location. Implemented merchandising techniques, and provided an exceptional level of customer service. Developed and implemented company safety programs as District Safety Coordinator. Selected accomplishments: • Significantly improved Guest Service scores throughout all locations. • Achieved a 23% increase in sales while in Jackson, MI. Increased ranked #2 in region. • Hand selected to serve as Leadership Trainer for Target University. • Regional Trainer responsible for training four developmental seminars per year. • Successfully led staff and operations through complete store remodeling project while in Ann Arbor. • Promoted to Store Team Leader in recognition of outstanding leadership skills and overall performance.
