Daily Duties at Kay Jewelers:
Manage one of the largest repair departments in the county. Oversee daily counts of merchandise in the entire store. Review every piece of merchandise for quality control. What that means is to ensure perfect quality in every piece of merchandise. Help the General Manager with second interviews and my opinion on the prospective candidate. Daily achieve my sales goal and the stores sales goal. Help with opening and closing the location if there is a call in. Help train all new associates.
