Daily Duties at Zales Corporation:
Hired to come in implement the company standards. Daily paperwork such as reviewing all transactions from the following business day. Research any missing merchandise and money if there is a loss. Manage payroll, repair department, employees, and store maintenance Take monthly stats and make sure employees know where they stand and how to achieve their goals. Plan and successfully manage events. Handle irate customers and stay on call 24 hours a day. Operate store properly and by the book to ensure completion of unanounced store audits and inventory audits are passed. Hiring and termination. I would have the only say on who is hired into my location for full time and part time. The candidate must first pass a personality test.
