Designed and architected security infrastructure for TexasOnline. Developed procedures and methodology for Internet Security monitoring and reporting. Mr. Tanner established relationships with forty State Agencies through successful project completion of the online occupational licensing project. Mr. Tanner architected a thirteen terabyte data-warehouse of licensing data for all the State of Texas Agencies.
