In charge of the Parts and Service Department; accountable for productivity and profits. Work directly with General Manager. Purchased shop equipment to assist with setting up new business. Negotiated contracts for shop equipment, uniforms and oil supplier. Set up computer system, including parts and service department accounts. Supervise ten employees; train parts department personnel and service advisors. Schedule workload for technicians. Work with customers; handle all problems situations. Authorized to sign company, payroll and accounts payable checks.
