Daily Duties at Mantech Security Services:
- Reviewed non-opened cases in the Case Controlled Management System with an inventory over 1,000 cases for military, civilian, and industrial personnel. - Received a $300 award for “Excellence Zero Errors” in Scoping Cases for a week period. - Reviewed the majority of completed leads to insure accuracy with National Standards and compliance with adjudicative relevance; reviewed field leads for accuracy that are dispatched to Investigators; reviewed prior Agency Defense Security System (DSS) and OPM files for accuracy. - Reviewed non-opened cases in the Case Controlled Management System (CCMS) with an inventory over 1,000 cases for military, civilian, and industrial personnel; descoped case leads that are unnecessary or mislead; released cases to open status through CCMS; assisted with background investigations that required contacting individuals or different agencies for specific information. Trained over 10 newly hired employees on the opening-descoping of cases.
