Managed the project planning, scheduling, and tracking, local business owners, community bgroups and the general public in support of the City's Capital Improvement Programs. Projects included: > Planned, bid and coordinated multiple team members to complete construction, purchasing fixtures and equipment, engineering and closeout of the 39,000sf $9 million, Public Library Addition and Renovation project. > Installed three public art mural projects worth over $1.25 million in the Library. > Installed the City's main Computer Room UPS standby power, cooling & fire suppression systems in the Police Department building.
