Directed the project planning for three projects, to include coordination with agency approvals, scheduling, contract administration, purchasing and close out documentation for the Facilities Development Department. >Planned and completed the construction of the 24,000sf addition and office space with occupancy in record time of eight months utilizing a competitive CMGC contract of $9 million. >Obtained agency approval, consultant cost estimates, approved design documents and competitive contractor selection for the 22,000sf Performing Arts & Education building for the Arts & Communication Magnet Academy.
