Catastrophe Team Claim Respresentative 6/2002 to 5/2009 Catastrophe Team Reinspector Trainer 6/2000 to 6/2002 Catastrophe Team Claim Representative 4/1998 to 6/2000 Auto Damage Estimator (Appraiser) 4/1988 to 4/1998 Work history prior to 1988 will be provided upon request. Job duties included: Negotiated and settled Auto and Property Catastrophe Claims, consulted and negotiated with repair facility or contractors, prepared detailed repair estimates on vehicles or structures, trained newly hired estimators, claim representatives, and independant adjusters, developed training plans and procedures used by the catastrophe team, special expertise in handling complex claims, specialty/antigue vehicles, proficient in the use of Mitchell and Penpro estimatic systems.
