Daily Duties at Pods Enterprises, Inc. :
Develop, deliver and evaluate various training programs for virtual classrooms; train drivers to proficiently operate the PodZilla Lift System, forklift operations, P2 operations and all-in-one hand-held scanners, communication, GPS devices. Provide assessment and ongoing training for the operational division; provide ongoing assessment of delivery drivers. Develop, deliver and evaluate programs; write curriculum for virtual classrooms Develop classroom courses; conduct classroom training Perform ride-along visual observation of a driver's skills as compared to standard policies and procedures Provide hands-on training to drivers and instruct them on operating the PodZilla Lift System Provide training to drivers in the operation of the hand-held all-in-one scanners, communication, GPS devices Provide information, ongoing training and education to the driver to enhance driver's performance React and provide appropriate answers to driver's questions Conduct training for new drivers in the delivery process, and on company policies and procedures.
