Daily Duties at Hyatt Regency Reston:
Reported to Director of Sales; responsibilities included the largest portion of the sales quota and exceeding revenue goals and customer service expectations. Presented a Hyatt Hotels and Resorts contract to prospective clients who committed a predetermined amount of revenue to the hotel. Provided staff development and training for junior level managers. This training included, coaching and mentoring services in the companies sales process and procedures to ensure increased sales and a positive team environment
