Daily Duties at Autoliv Asp, Inc.:
Supervised the performance of 150 employees on two different shifts. Coached six leads in preparing performance reviews, handling disciplinary actions, and coordinating day-to-day activities for these 150 employees. Accountable for achieving all production targets. Empowered production teams to determine course of action on approved areas of concern.
