Daily Duties at Barnes Aerospace:
Directed all materials and logistics activities to optimize the processes to achieve the lowest cost and highest quality products consistent with the strategic objectives of the Ogden Division. Managed the direction and daily activities for the procurement of all raw materials, components, services, outside processes, equipment, and supplies for the entire facility. Managed the Shipping & Receiving departments and the storage of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. Initiated, implemented, maintained and enhanced proactive improvement activities to continuously improve manufacturing costs associated with materials.
